Btw, I've been wondering after seeing GIFS with certain scenes that were in this and are the clips where Sherlock throws a drink on himself and things like that are from the pilot episode? I own it but haven't watched it yet and was just wondering if those were extra or changed scenes.

And I think you're asking if some of those scenes were from the pilot, and yes, they were. I don't think any deleted scenes/outtakes have been released unfortunately:(:(
